Job Summary:

We are looking for 2 assistants
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Catering Assistant to join our team. As a Catering Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting with the preparation and execution of catered events. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our catering operations.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, assembling platters, and arranging food displays
- Set up and break down catering stations, ensuring they are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Help with event setup and cleanup, dishwashing
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the catering area
- Follow food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the safety of guests

Experience:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Knowledge of catering operations and procedures is a plus
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques and food safety practices is desired

Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in food presentation
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Flexibility
