Job Description
We are looking for a Morning Cleaner to take care of our public areas and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our building and toilets in a clean and orderly condition. The days that are required are Monday - Sunday and we would be interested in taking on two people to cover the seven days between them (possibly dividing the week Mon-Thurs and Fri-Sun) and then also being able to provide holiday cover for each other. Initially the times would be 10am-12pm but could become earlier once probationary period has been completed.
Responsibilities
Clean, stock and supply designated areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning etc) Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs Stock and maintain supply rooms Cooperate with the rest of the staff Follow all health and safety regulations
Skills
Proven working experience as a cleaner Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets Integrity Excellent time-keeping'
