What you'll do

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, mopping, buffing, and vacuuming to maintain pristine surfaces. Carry out janitorial duties with a focus on safety and efficiency while adhering to established cleaning protocols. Assist with custodial responsibilities in both commercial and residential settings as needed. Engage in industrial cleaning tasks that require specialized techniques and equipment. Support facilities maintenance by reporting any repairs or maintenance needs promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized. Provide porter services by assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment when necessary.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to cleanliness. Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications

Experience in residential painting is a plus. Familiarity with various cleaning products and their appropriate uses. Knowledge of safety practices related to cleaning and maintenance tasks.
