Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team.

Duties

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed. Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Report any hazards or issues to the site supervisor promptly. Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A valid driver's licence is an advantage but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
