Job Summary

Blanchard Construction are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Construction Worker to join our friendly team . The successful candidate will assist in various construction tasks, including groundworks, concreting, steel erection and plant work. They will ensure that projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Carry out general construction tasks such as groundworks, concreting, steel erection and general duties Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following health and safety regulations Operate hand tools and power tools Work at height Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines

Experience

Previous experience in construction or a related field is advantageous but not essential Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is preferred Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others A willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required

Pay: 35,000.00-50,000.00 per year
