The Mission

We're looking for a

General Counsel

who is more than a lawyer - a strategic business partner who brings clarity, confidence, and calm to growth.


You'll own all legal across the group from the Holding Company IP to our Media, Inchubator, and Fund pillars - turning legal from an external cost into an internal advantage. You'll sit beside the deal team and leadership, structuring ventures, simplifying contracts, and building trust with founders, investors, and partners.


Your role is to hold hands with the business: to find smart, ethical, creative ways to move fast and stay protected.

What You'll Do

Lead all legal across Steven Holdings

, setting structure, clarity, and process for the group and being a trusted advisor and first port of call for executives

Streamline legal operations

- consolidate partners, cut external spend, and build internal capability.

Design scalable frameworks

for the Incubator: simple, founder-friendly deal templates and playbooks that reduce friction and risk.

Oversee Fund transactions

, leading light-touch, high-trust minority investments.

Shape company structures

and governance as we expand globally.

Protect brand and IP

across media, content, personal brand and product ventures.

Be part of the deal team

, meeting founders and entrepreneurs, helping them feel at ease and confident in working with us.

A qualified lawyer with experience across investing, venture, media, or brand-led businesses. Commercially minded - you think like a businessperson and a lawyer. Pragmatic and human - you speak plain English, not legalese. Curious, ethical, and confident to debate. A natural relationship-builder with a strong network of expert advisors. You bring both rigour and warmth - someone founders and investors genuinely enjoy working with.
