Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our dental practice. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating dental issues, providing preventative care, and educating patients on oral health. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of dental anatomy, proficiency in medical imaging techniques, and experience with computer-aided design (CAD) for dental applications.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations to assess the oral health of patients. Diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions, including cavities, gum disease, and oral infections. Perform restorative procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, and dentures. Utilise medical imaging technology to obtain accurate diagnostics and treatment planning. Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and preferences. Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and preventative care strategies. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.

Experience

A recognised degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for newly qualified dentists. Proficiency in CAD software for dental applications is advantageous. Strong knowledge of human anatomy as it pertains to dentistry is essential. Familiarity with medical imaging techniques and their application in dentistry is beneficial.
