Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dentist to join our dental practice for 1-2 days a week.

We are looking for a dentist to carry out mostly NHS treatment but there is a lot of scope for private work. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various dental conditions, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and comfort. You will work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals to provide comprehensive oral health services. UDA rate to be discussed. We have a fabulous team of dentists, nurses, receptionists and hygienists, and lovely patients. We have an Itero scanner and digital radiographs.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough examinations of patients' teeth, gums, and mouth to assess oral health. Diagnose dental diseases and conditions using medical imaging techniques. Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including fillings, extractions, and root canals. Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and preventive care. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of treatments performed. Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure efficient workflow within the practice.

Experience

A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required. Proven experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and staff. A commitment to providing high-quality patient care in a friendly and professional manner.
