Duties

Assist with food preparation, ensuring all items are prepared according to food safety standards. Provide excellent customer service while catering to guests' needs, including serving food and beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, kitchen, and storage spaces. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals and efficient workflow. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring compliance with food safety practices. Assist in stock management, including receiving deliveries and inventory checks.

Requirements

Previous experience in catering or restaurant settings is not essential. Good understanding of food safety practices and regulations. Excellent hospitality skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when required. A positive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on various responsibilities within the role.
