Job Purpose

To ensure projects are delivered, relationships with clients/ customers are enhanced, projects teams are supported and priorities are achieved to meet our business objectives.

Key requirements;

Essential

Proven experience of managing Health & Safety compliance within a project.

Proven ability to lead the successful delivery of Civil Engineering site teams.

CSCS card relevant to role

SMSTS

First Aid

Proven experience of managing outputs and monitoring performance in line with programme and resource plan

Desirable

Temporary Works Supervisor/Coordinator

Programming and planning experience

Experience of utilising a direct delivery workforce

Lift Supervisor

Compilation of RAMS
