Job Description

General Foreman required for long term contract delivering highways structures project work on a major scheme in Gloucester.

Key Responsibilities:

\xc2\xb7Supervise and lead construction teams in the execution of structural projects, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
\xc2\xb7Demonstrate expertise in structures, including bridges, reinforced concrete, and culverts.
\xc2\xb7Collaborate closely with project stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors to achieve project goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

\xc2\xb7Proven experience as a General Foreperson, with a focus on structures.
\xc2\xb7In-depth knowledge of bridge construction, reinforced concrete, and culvert installations.
\xc2\xb7Ideally, experience working on National Highways projects.
\xc2\xb7Strong leadership and communication skills.
\xc2\xb7SSSTS/SMSTS
\xc2\xb7Highways Passport ideally
