The job involves general handymen duties, but not limited to:
General repairs on site
Responsible for all preventative maintenance
Protection works
Follow instructions from supervisors
Deal with minor repairs assigned by the client
Requirements:
CSCS Card
Own tools
Asbestos Awareness Certificate
A person skilled at a wide range of repairs
Previous experience on a construction site and references
Good eye on details
Understanding of construction principles and procedures
