Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of repair, maintenance, and installation tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to work independently or supervise others as needed. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical knowledge and experience in electrical, mechanical, and welding disciplines, with a focus on delivering high-quality service to ensure the smooth operation of our premises.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment and infrastructure. Repair and replace a range of equipment within a busy office building. Assist with mechanical repairs such as small plumbing furniture moves etc Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs undertaken. Provide excellent customer service by addressing internal or external client requests promptly and professionally. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance roles with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge. Previous experience is essential. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues alike. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
