Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role is essential in supporting the overall operations and contributing to a safe and productive work environment.

Duties

Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance, including cleaning and organising work areas. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks, providing assistance as needed. Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, ensuring proper use and maintenance. Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or similar environment is advantageous but not essential. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating good communication skills. A strong work ethic with a commitment to completing tasks efficiently. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is beneficial.
