We have an exciting opportunity for labourers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in construction and a desire to develop a career in electrical engineering. As a Labourer at JRE, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of various projects while gaining valuable experience and skills. Full training/ progression plans provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in general site tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Support skilled tradespeople, such as electricians, in completing project tasks. Participate in on-the-job training to develop knowledge and skills in electrical engineering. Perform manual labour tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Qualifications and Skills:

An interest in construction with a desire to progress into electrical engineering. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to developing a career in construction and engineering. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
