Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites Load and unload materials and equipment Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required Follow instructions from supervisors and senior staff Maintain a clean and safe working environment Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed Perform physical tasks that may involve lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods

Skills

Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labour Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance practices is advantageous Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed accurately and safely Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required

Rate is negotiable based on reliability and open to pay increase's in future based on performance.
