Job Title: General Labourer - Kingsway Building Services (Bristol)

Kingsway Building Services is looking for a hardworking and reliable General Labourer to join our team in Bristol. We want someone with solid site experience, a strong work ethic, and the right attitude to get the job done safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Keep the site clean, tidy, and well-organised. Assist trades and site supervisors with a variety of on-site tasks. Load, unload, and move materials and equipment safely. Carry out general labouring duties such as demolition, basic groundwork, and site preparation. Follow all site health and safety procedures and company policies. Support the team to ensure smooth day-to-day site operations.

What We're Looking For

Proven on-site construction experience

(essential).

Positive attitude

and willingness to take initiative. Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment. Physically fit and comfortable with manual work. CSCS card preferred (training can be arranged if needed).

What We Offer

Self-employed (CIS) role with competitive pay: 13.00 - 15.00 per hour, depending on experience. Full-time position (approx. 40 hours per week), Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work. Consistent, varied work on active construction sites across Bristol. A supportive, team-based environment where hard work is recognised.
