Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by following health and safety guidelines. Perform general maintenance tasks as required, including cleaning tools and equipment. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. Participate in team meetings and contribute to discussions on improving processes.

Skills

Strong physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labour tasks. Ability to follow instructions accurately and work well within a team. Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations in a construction or industrial setting is advantageous. Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required.
