Job Overview


We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Duties



Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and clean-up to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times. Report any safety hazards or incidents to management promptly.

Requirements



Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Must be reliable, punctual, and demonstrate a strong work ethic.
