We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform general maintenance tasks as required, including cleaning tools and equipment. Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed, providing assistance in various projects. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project deadlines. Operate basic machinery or tools under supervision, ensuring proper usage and safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A proactive attitude towards learning new skills and taking on responsibilities. Familiarity with health and safety practices in a construction or industrial environment is preferred. A valid driver's licence is beneficial but not mandatory.
