Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance and cleaning duties around the worksite. Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as required. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Maintain an organised work area to promote efficiency and safety. Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly.

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with health and safety regulations is preferred. Ability to work effectively as part of a team as well as independently when required. Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report progress. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
