Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks across multiple projects, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and to high standards. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning tasks. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required. Support skilled tradespeople in their duties as needed. Maintain a tidy work area and ensure all tools are stored properly after use. Report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions to supervisors promptly.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed. A valid driver's licence is preferred but not mandatory.
