Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking

General Labourer

to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation of loft insulation, loft boarding, window trickle vents, and extractor fans in kitchens and bathrooms. The position is site-based, and applicants must be physically capable of performing manual tasks. Training will be provided for specific technical tasks, ensuring you can thrive in the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Loft Insulation and Boarding:

Support the installation of loft insulation and boarding to meet high-quality standards.

Vent Installation:

Assist with the installation of window trickle vents and kitchen/bathroom extractor fans (training provided where required).

Site Preparation:

Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for each project.

Teamwork:

Work effectively with team members to ensure efficient project completion.

Driving Duties:

Operate the company-provided van to transport tools and materials to job sites.

Requirements:

Experience:

Previous experience in construction, insulation, or general labouring is advantageous but not essential. Training will be provided.

Driving Licence:

A valid, clean driving licence is essential for this role.

Physical Fitness:

Ability to perform manual labour tasks, including lifting and moving materials (reasonable accommodations will be made where required).

Team Player:

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Reliability:

Excellent timekeeping and attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary:

28500-35,000 per annum, based on experience.

Additional Pay:
