Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Site Labourers. This role is essential for supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidate will be reliable, physically fit, and possess a strong work ethic, contributing positively to our dynamic work environment.

The current site is based in Brynsteffan, Lampeter SA48 8BS, and immeadiate starts are available.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning duties to ensure a safe working environment. Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required, adhering to safety protocols. Assist in the assembly or disassembly of structures as directed. Maintain accurate records of materials used and tasks completed throughout the day.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on-site. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to follow instructions effectively. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks as needed. A valid driving licence is a plus but not mandatory.
