Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting various tasks across our landscaping operations, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard. This position requires physical stamina and attention to detail.

We specialise in Aquatic landscaping, working in and around ponds at least 70% of the working week, so will have to be confident being around water.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment. Perform general maintenance tasks as required. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete assigned tasks effectively. Maintain a clean and organised work environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery safely. Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. Adhere to all health and safety regulations at all times.

Experience

Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with construction or manual handling practices is preferred. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to follow instructions and report issues effectively. A valid driving licence is beneficial for transportation purposes, although not mandatory if you live within 1 mile of BS14 (Whitchurch, Bristol)
