We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Carry out general site maintenance and cleaning duties Follow instructions from supervisors and assist skilled tradespeople as required Operate basic machinery and tools safely under supervision Maintain a tidy work area to ensure safety standards are met Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site Report any issues or hazards to the supervisor promptly

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team Basic knowledge of health and safety practices on construction sites is preferred Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
