Langdale Projects are a specialist residential refurb company specialising in all areas of trade, from small day to day electrical, plumbing and residential works to turnkey refurbishment from derelict to an outstanding finish. Due to growing partnerships with investors and organic growth, we are looking for a general skilled labourer to join out team, supporting our skills tradesman to make their days as efficient as possible

Overview

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks that support the efficient operation of our projects. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Duties

Assist in loading and unloading materials from vehicles and storage areas. Perform general site maintenance and cleaning to ensure a safe working environment. Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required for specific tasks. Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts in completing projects on time. Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues or concerns to management. Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times, ensuring personal protective equipment (PPE) is worn as necessary.

Requirements

Previous experience in a labouring role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided. Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 25 kg). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. A valid driver's licence is advantageous but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
