Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in various tasks across our projects, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others.

Duties

Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites. Load and unload materials and equipment as needed. Operate basic hand tools and machinery under supervision. Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks effectively. Maintain a safe and organised work environment by adhering to health and safety regulations. Perform general maintenance tasks as required. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a labouring role is advantageous but not essential. Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately. A valid driving licence is preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: 7.55-13.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday
