We have an exciting opportunity for labourers to join our growing team as directly employed or as a sub contractor. This role is ideal for individuals with a keen interest in construction and a desire to develop a career in electrical or mechanical engineering. As a Labourer at Carbon3, you will be an essential part of our team, contributing to the success of various projects while gaining valuable experience and skills. Full training/ progression plans provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in general site tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and equipment operation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Support skilled tradespeople, such as electricians and mechanical engineers, in completing project tasks. Participate in on-the-job training to develop knowledge and skills in construction, electrical, and mechanical engineering. Perform manual labour tasks as needed, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the highest standard.

Qualifications and Skills:

An interest in construction with a desire to progress into electrical or mechanical engineering. Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not essential. Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions from supervisors. Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to developing a career in construction and engineering. Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in a construction environment.
