Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various tasks on-site, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.

Responsibilities

Assist in the loading and unloading of materials and equipment Perform general site maintenance and clean-up tasks Follow instructions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site Maintain a tidy work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Experience

Previous experience in a labouring role or construction environment is advantageous but not essential Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required Strong physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Familiarity with health and safety practices in a work environment is beneficial.
