Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist the lead operative of a vacuum excavator with their daily duties. This will include the use of an air lance, clay spade and general labour.

Responsibilities

Assist with the loading and unloading equipment from the vac ex Use of the air lance and clay spade Follow instructions from the lead operator and / or supervisors and assist as required Be aware of the emergency stop procedure of the vacuum excavator Report any issues or hazards to supervisors promptly

Skills

Physical fitness for manual labour tasks Ability to work well within a team environment as well as independently Basic understanding of health and safety practices on construction sites Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and supervisors Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as required
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 13.00-14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 50 per week

London E16 4TL: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:

CSCS Green Card (required)
