Lusona Consultancy are partnering with our global client to source suitable applications for the role of 'General Ledger Accounting Manager'. This is an excellent time to be joining a dynamic and global environment. You will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial records, managing month-end close processes, and maintaining strong internal controls, alongside leading a small team. Moreover, you will play a key role in audit preparation, compliance, and continuous process.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing month-end close activities across multiple entities.
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS and local GAAP.
- Preparing audit schedules and liaising with internal and external auditors.
- Leading and developing a team of accountants.
- Overseeing fixed assets, intercompany and journals across the team.
- Driving automation and standardisation of accounting processes.
