JOR Property Ltd is an established property maintenance company based in Aberdeen. We are looking for an experienced
General Maintenance Labourer/Driver
to join our busy reactive and planned maintenance team on a permanent basis.The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance or handyperson work and be comfortable with manual handling duties. You will also be responsible for delivering materials to sites and supporting our team in completing jobs efficiently and to a high standard. The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
Requirements:
Experience in general maintenance or handyperson roles Good interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good level of written and spoken English Trustworthy, punctual, and reliable Full, valid UK driving licence
Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am-16:00pm
We use a modern, easy-to-use iOS app to track and manage jobs, ensuring real-time communication between our customers, field staff, and office. Full training on our systems will be provided.
