Join our team and play a key role in delivering excellence and innovation in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services.

As a General Maintenance Operative you'll:



Carry out electrical maintenance, inspections, and fault finding Diagnose and repair electrical systems and components within your skillset Perform general site and building fabric repairs as required Conduct routine plantroom and equipment checks Support operational teams and assist with project and event-related work Oversee subcontractors and ensure safe systems of work are followed Respond to emergency situations, including out-of-hours when necessary Use Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (e.g. DigiHub) to manage work orders Maintain compliance with safety procedures and engineering standards Record work completed, time taken, and materials used accurately

What we're looking for:



Electrically biased, with City 7 Guilds

Level 1, 2, and 3 Electrical Qualifications

(or equivalent) 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification Minimum of

2 years' experience

in a general maintenance or building fabric role

Relevant trade qualification

or demonstrable practical experience in a technical maintenance environment

Understanding of health and safety regulations

and ability to work safely to procedures Previous experience using

Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)

IT literacy (Microsoft Office applications)

Full UK Driving License

Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively Strong communication and customer service skills
