Summary

We are seeking a dedicated General Operative to join our expanding team in Cornwall. This role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of our property maintenance services, contributing significantly to our mission of high-quality service delivery.

We are looking for an all rounder with experience in all types of property maintenance, ideally including some or all of plumbing, electrical, tiling, carpentry, plastering, decorating skills.

Salary to be discussed depending on experience.

Must be able to work alone and work well as part of a small team

Clean driving license a must

Van is a possibility for the right person

This is an interesting role, with a varied range of duties including bathroom and kitchen installations.
