GENERAL MAINTENANCE PERSON
We are a small private Healthcare Group seeking to recruit a Maintenance Trades Person.
Job Type: part-time, Permanent
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery, buildings and equipment to ensure optimal functionality. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise. Drive to various job sites as needed, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and communicate/report effectively with line manager. Supervise and lead junior staff, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Salary Negotiable
