JOB SUMMARY:

HPB Sibton Park are looking for a maintenece person to join our team, to carry out a range of general property & site related maintenance duties. Interior & exterior painting is a major part of the role in order that Bondholders experience pleasant, comfortable, well maintained and well-presented surroundings at all times. Maintenance duties should be carried out to the specification and standards set by the Maintenance manger / Site Manager and completed in a timely fashion.

SCOPE:

Look after and maintain 41 properties, main house, plant rooms and all areas of HPB Sibton Park.

RESPONSIBILITIES

:

- Painting and decorating (interior & exterior)

- Electrical Maintenance (excluding new installations)

- Small Building works

- Grounds and gardening maintenance

- Maintaining pool and pool plant rooms

- Help maintain the running of all the plant rooms

- Follow all requirements set out in the maintenance personual, pool safety

Operating plan (PSOP) and pool technical plan (PTOP

- Comply with rotas and any unforeseen circumstances

- Support company policy and agree to undertake reasonable duties as directed.

To achieve this, all employees are required to demonstrate high levels of team working and flexibility in their job roles, you may therefore be required to perform any additional or other functions which the Head of Maintenance / Site Manager considers necessary from time to time.

KEY CONTACTS/LIAISON:

Regular daily contact with maintenance supervisor & Site Manager. Daily contact with various Site Staff to assist with co-ordination of Site Operation

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

Polite and amenable to Bond Holder and work colleagues

Maintain good personal appearance and look after the uniform provided

Good knowledge of all round maintenance

Promote good staff moral and be able to work as part of a team and also alone.

Own transport essential due to location & out of hours emergency maintenance call outs.

Be available on a rota system for emergency out of hours call outs

HOURS of WORK

24 hours per week, 8 hour shifts.

3 days alternating each week - wed - Fri / thur - sat

Paid out of hour's emergency call out on a rota basis

Rate of pay 12.60
