Job brief
We are looking for an experienced part-time General Maintenance Person with an varied skill set in many areas and good all rounder.
Plumbing Carpentry Heating lighting
Your goal is to keep the Hotel running smoothly with minimum of fuss and ensure works are carried out quickly and efferently
You will need to be skilled and experienced in plumbing i.e. changing of taps installation of showers, minor pipe works, heating and electrical tasks.
Responsibilities
Act fast to resolve emergency issues
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance
In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations
Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and hotel industry experience is a plus
Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly
Problem-solving aptitude
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From 13.50 per hour
