Skirlington Coast in East Yorkshire is entering an exciting new chapter under fresh ownership, and to enable us to look after our stunning park, we are looking to add a

General Maintenance

person to our team.

This is an opportunity to really get stuck in across all aspects of maintenance - no two days will be the same! This role spans the whole park Including our entertainment venues, luxury lodges and the grounds and gardens.

You'll be part of a small, dedicated team who have an eye for detail and take pride in their work.

Whilst general repairs and the presentation of the park will be your primary focus, it's important to us that everyone in our team provides a first-class service to our owners and holiday guests, from a friendly smile around the park to providing a hassle-free solution to a maintenance issue.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the park (including basic plumbing and carpentry, painting, UPVC door and window repairs and basic electrical tasks).

Inspect and maintain park facilities, accommodation, and communal areas to the highest standard.

Maintaining the hire fleet, respond promptly to repair requests and assisting with presales/aftersales

Perform routine safety checks.

Work collaboratively with the team to enhance guest satisfaction.

About you:

Previous experience in maintenance within the caravan industry or trade work is ideal.

A can-do attitude with strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of plumbing/carpentry. (Caravan repairs/snagging background is preferred.)

A commitment to health and safety.

Flexibility to work varied shifts including some evenings and weekends.
