General Maintenance Worker
Job Description
Maintenance person required for property landlord company- Cardiff.
We require a reliable person with experience to maintain our portfolio of residential and commercial properties. Tasks can vary hugely from decorating work through to the refurbishment of complete units (flats/houses/retail units).
The successful applicant will have a clean driving license, be over the age of 25, have their own hand tools and a sound knowledge of construction/maintenance.
The wage rate is dependent on skill level and experience.
