Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable General Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities and equipment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead maintenance activities effectively. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where safety, efficiency, and quality are paramount. The successful applicant will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, i.e. joinery, plumbing, painting etc., household removals, lock changing etc.

Duties

Conduct preventative maintenance on property and infrastructure to minimise downtime. Repair or replace faulty mechanical parts, and plumbing systems using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections for compliance and reporting purposes. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Skills

Good knowledge related to repairs and maintenance. Prior experience in general maintenance roles with a focus on preventative care. Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Pay: 5,000.00-7,000.00 per year
