Position: General Manager

Location: Our head office and manufacturing facility in Middlesbrough

About the Role

As General Manager, you will have full responsibility for overseeing daily operations, driving business growth, and ensuring the highest quality standards across all departments. You will play a pivotal role in shaping company strategy, nurturing client relationships, and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

Lead and motivate cross-functional teams including sales, production, and installation.

Develop and implement business plans to achieve strategic objectives.

Manage budgets, analyse financial reports, and ensure profitability.

Maintain and optimise operational workflows for maximum efficiency.

Champion outstanding customer service and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Oversee compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.

Build strong relationships with suppliers.

Drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organisation.

Key Requirements

Proven experience in a senior management role, preferably within the manufacturing, construction, or fenestration industries.

Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.

Strong business acumen with expertise in budgeting and financial management.

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Results-oriented, proactive, and adaptable.
