Responsibilities

Lead and manage all aspects of the establishment, including kitchen operations, staff management, and customer service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene throughout the kitchen. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity. Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with culinary teams to create innovative menus that reflect current trends and customer preferences. Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimising waste to maximise profitability. Foster a culture of teamwork, encouraging collaboration among staff members to achieve common goals. Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction is maintained at all times.

Skills

Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team. Strong culinary knowledge with an emphasis on food safety practices. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in hospitality management within a hotel or restaurant setting is advantageous. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Proficient in supervising kitchen operations and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
