General Manager - Gymnastics Reborn

Pulloxhill (MK45 5EU) | Some hours at Bedford (MK41 0EH) | Part-time

Gymnastics Reborn is looking for a

dynamic and experienced General Manager

to lead our team and oversee day-to-day operations at our Pulloxhill site, with occasional hours at our Bedford site for the right candidate.

We're seeking someone with proven experience in

team leadership and operational management

, who can ensure consistent standards across the club, support staff development, and create a positive, professional environment for both members and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage staff teams to maintain high standards across sites Oversee daily operations including timetabling, staffing & compliance Ensure safeguarding, welfare, and health & safety procedures are met Support staff development and performance management Act as the main contact for parents, staff & stakeholders

What we're looking for:

Strong leadership & people management experience (essential) Excellent organisational and communication skills Knowledge of safeguarding & health & safety Gymnastics coaching qualifications desirable, but not essential

Hours of Work:
