Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our multi-faceted pub. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and events management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties
- Manage and lead the team providing guidance and support where necessary
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness - brilliant basics!
- Oversee a fresh food kitchen, challenging preparation and presentation to meet quality standards
- Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability

Requirements
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Familiarity with bartending and restaurant operations is advantageous
