THE ROLE

You will be joining the most exciting social entertaining concept. As a General Manager in Sixes, you will be responsible for all aspects of venue operations. You will guide the front of house & back of house teams to achieve their highest potential, ensuring we deliver standards and exceed expectations.

Through a hands-on approach, you will demonstrate leadership and invest your time in training the team, motivating them to enable the best possible experience for our guests. We love new ideas, and welcome this at every level!

The role requires someone who is extremely sales driven and can maximise trading. Strong commercial acumen and being able to think outside the box as to how to grow the business further, will be key responsibilities in your day-to-day role.

We want to find the best candidates for our venues who can help us take our hospitality to the next level!

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Previous experience as a General Manager is desirable, however, if you're a high performing Deputy General Manager who feels ready for the next step, we'd love to hear from you!

You will have a great eye for detail, never compromising on standards and ensuring your team does the same. You will feel confident in building, training and developing a great team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will enjoy building relationships with the local community and showcasing all that Sixes has to offer!
