As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of Pub operations, including staffing, cleaning , and service. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on best practices in hospitality and customer service. Foster a collaborative team environment through effective team management and leadership. Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and improve guest satisfaction. Monitor inventory levels, ordering supplies as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues promptly to maintain a positive dining experience. Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and events, to promote the establishment.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Strong culinary experience with knowledge of food preparation techniques and food production processes. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations is essential. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
