General Manager
to take the lead in all aspects of front- and back-of-house operations.
This is a full-time, hands-on leadership role perfect for someone with a strong background in hospitality management who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. You'll be responsible for overseeing daily service, managing a large team, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and driving both operational efficiency and team morale.
As General Manager, you'll play a central role in shaping the culture of the venue, ensuring that service is seamless, food quality is consistent, and every guest leaves satisfied. This is an opportunity to make a real mark on a vibrant, growing brand that celebrates flavour, freshness, and fun.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, from service and staffing to finances and compliance
Lead, train, and inspire a diverse front-of-house and kitchen team
Ensure excellent customer service across all touchpoints and respond to guest feedback
Manage rotas, recruitment, and team performance with a focus on retention and growth
Monitor daily revenue, control costs, and meet financial targets
Ensure health & safety, hygiene, and licensing compliance are consistently upheld
Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth coordination and food consistency
Lead by example on the floor, maintaining high energy and visibility during busy services
Drive marketing initiatives, local engagement, and seasonal events with the support of ownership
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience as a General Manager or Senior Manager in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Experience managing high-volume, buffet-style or casual dining venues is highly desirable
Strong leadership and team development skills
Solid understanding of restaurant finances, stock control, and reporting
Confident in delivering excellent guest experiences and handling complaints professionally
Organised, proactive, and capable of making data-driven decisions under pressure
Up-to-date food safety and health & safety qualifications
Enthusiastic about Asian cuisine and committed to maintaining high-quality standards
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Work Schedule
Full-time (average 45-48 hours per week)
Primarily on-site, with a flexible schedule to match the needs of a busy venue
Weekend and evening availability required
