General Manager - LA's hottest chicken concept lands in Cardiff - up to 50K

One of the most talked-about chicken brands in LA is launching in Cardiff, and we're looking for an experienced and driven

General Manager

to lead this opening. This is a great opportunity to join at ground level with a bold, fast-scaling QSR concept that plans to open 30+ sites across the UK.

The Role:

You'll work closely with the Head of Ops on every part of the launch -- from site setup and team recruitment to delivering a high-energy, high-performance culture from day one. We're after someone who knows how to build a team, own a site, and drive strong results.
