General Manager Catering Visitor Attraction
Job Description
Large London visitor attraction is looking to recruit a General Manger for their onsite catering.
The General Manger will be responsible for the 5 onsite food outlets; plus the various pop up/mobile kiosks and on-site events they deliver, equating to nearly 10m yearly turnover.
Working with the Executive Chef and site management team the General Manager will ensure that the client expectations of food and food service are consistently delivered to the highest standards, continually reviewing, enhancing and improving the service and food. The General Manager will develop and sustain strong working relationships with the client and team regularly attend client presentations and briefings. Creating and reviewing annual budgets, alongside managing and developing a large team
The General Manager will have solid industry experience, inspiring and leading remote and multi-site management teams of 150+, ideally with a background of working within a similar busy visitor attraction. Will have excellent commercial acumen and experience managing turnovers of 10millon+. Will have true passion for hospitality, keeping up to date with the latest food trends, be keen to continually innovate. Will be a persuasive and articulate communicator with the ability to develop and sustain strong working relationships.
